MITUTOYO MF (MF C) MEASURING MICROSCOPE
This Mitutoyo MF C measuring microscopes offer measuring accuracy that is the highest in its class conforming to JIS B 7153. Select your preference for and X-Y measuring stage or X-Y-Z measuring stage.
- Objective Lens: 3x objective, NA 0.09, WD 77mm is standard. Brightfield observation. Optional 1x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x and 100x objectives available below. The MF C measuring microscope holds a single objective lens.
- Optical Tube: Monocular or binocular (select when ordering) angle of column is 25º. Standard camera port for both models. Erect Image. Tilting binocular tube is available, call for details.
- Eyepiece: Widefield 10x eyepiece, FN 24mm.
- Illumination: Includes reflected and transmitted halogen illumination as well has high intensity LED ring illuminator.
- Total Magnification: 30x.
- Specimen Stage: Five stages are available (see chart below):
- Measurement System: High-accuracy digital scale.
- Measuring Accuracy: (2.2+0.02L)µm, L: measuring length(mm)
- Digital Display: Minimum reading 1/0.5/0.1µm switchable. Display axes for X-Y (& Z if ordered). Zero-setting function, direction switching, RS-232C output.
- Stand: Track stand with coarse focusing.
- Optional Items: Rotary Tables, Vibration Isolation (available below)
