1. Description
The classic series vision measurement machine applies to all industries concerned to 2D and 3D measuring, widely used in machinery, electronic, instrument, metal pieces, plastics industry, etc. If Attached to special 2.5D measurement software and hardware, it can achieve height measuring function through optical focusing . Also available for the basic 3D measurements with optional touch probes.
The machine base and column of the classic series vision measurement machine are made of marble, ensures the stability and reliability of the structure.
2. Functions
The classic series vision measurement machine is with functions of data processing, display , input , output and reporting statistics. Also manual programming matrix measuring are available with proper fixtures.
3 axis use P class cross guideways , guarantees the accuracy and stability of movement.
With high precision linear scales, achieves the high precision and stability.
Multiple software solution, to satisfy different users’ requirement of product measuring .
HD ITO / TFT special conductive optical lens CCD for optional, RENISHAW touch probe for optional.
Powerful measuring function
We take a very typical plastic part measuring as an example, users can easily get full dimension inspection with the Classic series manual vision measurement machine. Through the illumination switching, probe function, report and SPC anlysis function, users can achieve complete quality control process through the Classic series and the Sunyoo inspecting software.
